My feet have cause me pain for a decade. It's bad enough that I've had to stop my distance running, and since most days at work I'm on my feet, I have to just put up with the pain.

I've seen three different physical therapists, two pedorthists, a podiatrist and an orthopedic surgeon. I've had a series of expensive inserts, a host of exercise programs and a recommendation for risky surgical correction that would eliminate my ability to run again.
